Showcase a complex catalogue
Every ID Pluriel project combines renders, technical data (floor area, cost, client, project team), status (permit, in progress, delivered) and downloadable PDF documents. The website had to carry that richness without weighing down the experience.
Honour a high-end visual identity
Kojak Bureau de Création designed a minimalist black, white and grey identity with geometric typography and discreet animations. The build had to be pixel-perfect: every spacing, every transition, every breakpoint signed off.

The site's visitors (clients, developers, partner architects) had to be able to filter projects by sector (Living, Working, Healthcare, Leisure) and move between projects without friction.

A project catalogue filterable by sector (Living, Working, Healthcare, Leisure). Each project page details the client, the project team, the floor area, the pre-tax cost, the status, and offers the presentation PDF for download.
High-performance hosting
Deployed on Eclixia infrastructure: a dedicated server with anti-DDoS protection, SSL certificate, automatic daily backups and uptime monitoring. Load time optimized to 0.7s on average, including image-heavy gallery pages.
Team, news & contact pages
Pages presenting the two founders and the eight architects on the team, a news section with a live Instagram grid, and a contact form with an embedded map. All content is editable directly from the CMS.
