Eclixia is a French company. Under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the guidance of the CNIL, the French privacy regulator (deliberation 2020-091 of 17 September 2020), cookies that are not strictly necessary for the service to work cannot be set without your prior consent. We apply the same consent-first rule to all visitors, including in Canada, consistent with PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.

4. Retention periods
In line with CNIL guidance, analytics cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months from the time they are set. Beyond that, the data is automatically deleted.
Proof of consent is kept for 6 months so we can demonstrate compliance if audited.

This cookie policy may be updated at any time, in particular to reflect regulatory changes or changes in how we use cookies. The update date appears at the top of the page.
If the nature of the cookies we use or their purposes change substantially, we will ask for your consent again.
