Is your AI use within the rules?

How it works

Three minutes, a clear diagnosis

Most companies already use AI, often without a framework: tools adopted by teams, generated content published as is, data entered without rules. The EU AI Act now governs these uses, with obligations proportionate to risk: transparency when an AI interacts with people, human oversight on important decisions, documentation of uses. This self-assessment evaluates your situation across four dimensions (usage mapping, transparency, data and oversight, governance) and returns a score, a level and your priorities. No answer is right or wrong: the goal is to see clearly, before a client or an audit asks the question.

Frequently asked questions

What you should know

  • Does this replace a legal audit?

No. It is an operational self-assessment, aligned with the logic of the EU AI Act, to spot your main gaps and know where to start. For strictly legal points, we work alongside your usual counsel.

  • Does the AI Act really concern SMBs?

Yes, as soon as they use AI: transparency obligations apply for instance to chatbots and generated content, whatever the company size. The extent of the obligations depends on the risk level of the uses, not on size.

  • What should I do after the assessment?

The priorities shown point to concrete tools: the usage register to map, the usage charter to set the rules, the responsible AI checklist to roll out the full framework. And if you want support, AI governance is part of our AI & Automation service.

  • Are my answers stored?

No. The assessment is computed in your browser; nothing is sent unless you choose to receive your results by email.
