A clear acquisition plan before you spend, for Toronto SMBs.
Before launching campaigns, you need to know who to target, through which channels, with what budget and what funnel. We build your acquisition plan: a prioritized roadmap that keeps the budget from scattering and makes every channel measurable.
The number one cause of wasted budget: launching channels without a plan.
Many companies stack channels (Google, Meta, SEO, email) with no frame: each one in its corner, with no priority and no shared measurement. The result: a little spent everywhere, no idea what works, and the hasty conclusion that "a channel doesn't work".
An acquisition plan restores order: who your targets are, where to reach them, in what order to activate the channels, with what budget and which indicators. It is the strategic frame that then makes every lever (Google Ads, Meta, automation) effective and readable.
This expertise is part ofStrategy & PositioningThe frame that makes your channels coherent.
An acquisition plan is not a document that sleeps: it is an operational roadmap, prioritized and measurable.

Strategy is not a luxury you allow yourself after the campaigns: it is what decides whether they pay. A good acquisition plan earns more than it costs.

The questions we hear most about the acquisition plan.
What's the difference with your Strategy & Positioning service?
The Strategy service covers brand positioning as a whole (identity, narrative, target). The Acquisition plan expertise is the piece focused on acquisition strategy: which channels, which budgets, which funnel to generate customers. It sits inside the global strategy and precedes activation (Google Ads, Meta, automation).
Do we need a plan before launching campaigns?
Ideally, yes. Without a plan, the budget scatters and nothing gets measured. An acquisition plan, even a light one, avoids months of badly calibrated spend and makes every channel readable. It is often the most profitable first investment.
And if we want you to execute afterwards?
That is the natural next step. The plan defines the priority channels, and our expertises (Google Ads, automation, and so on) can activate them. But the plan stays useful even if you execute in-house or with other vendors.
How long does the engagement take?
Between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the scope and the availability of the data. We deliver a clear, actionable roadmap, not an 80-page theoretical report.
Do you work with companies outside Toronto?
Yes, across all of Canada. The plan accounts for your local market, whether that is the GTA or another region, and the method applies wherever you sell. Our studio is in Lyon, France; we run the workshops remotely, scheduled on Eastern time.
