AI & automation expertise

Automated reporting: manage on data, in Toronto.

Spending hours compiling numbers in a spreadsheet is lost time and guaranteed errors. We build automated dashboards that aggregate your data in real time, so you decide fast and right, with zero re-entry.

You only manage well what you see clearly.

Your data is scattered: Google Ads here, GA4 there, the CRM elsewhere, sales in a spreadsheet. Pulling it together by hand takes time, freezes a snapshot that is already stale and lets errors through. So decisions end up made on gut feel.

Our role: centralize your data in a clear dashboard, updated automatically, with the right indicators. You see at a glance what works, what costs and what returns, and you manage on something concrete.

What the expertise covers

Your data gathered on a single screen.

Every source connected, every indicator chosen for the decision, all refreshed without re-entry.

  • Source connections

Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CRM, sales, social networks: we connect your tools to gather everything in one place.

  • KPI selection

We define the indicators that really matter for your decisions, not an unreadable contraption.

  • Dashboards

Clear, readable dashboards (Looker Studio), built for deciding at a glance.

  • Views by question

Acquisition, sales, ROI by channel: the right view for each question you ask yourself.

  • Automatic refresh

The data refreshes on its own. No more manual compiling and stale numbers.

  • Alerts & thresholds

Get told when an indicator slips, so you react before it is too late.

  • Shareable reporting

A link or a clean export to share with your team or your board, always current.

Our approach

Four steps to crystal-clear management.

We start from the decisions you need to make, then build the dashboard that answers them.

  1. Needs & KPIs

We clarify the decisions you need to make and the indicators that answer them. No catch-all dashboard.

  2. Data connections

We wire your sources (Ads, GA4, CRM, sales) and structure the data so it is reliable.

  3. Build

We design the dashboards, readable and prioritized, with views by question and useful alerts.

  4. Handover & adoption

We deliver, train you to read it, and adjust. The dashboard lives with your business.

FAQ

The questions we hear most about automated reporting.

  • What's the difference with your AI & Automation service?

The AI & Automation service is the global offer. The Automated reporting expertise is the piece dedicated to centralizing and visualizing your data (dashboards, KPIs, automatic refresh). It sits inside the service, often alongside action automations.

  • My data is scattered across many tools. Is that a problem?

No, it is actually the most common case. We connect your different sources (Ads, analytics, CRM, sales) to gather them in a single dashboard. You no longer juggle between tools.

  • Do we need a paid tool?

We most often use Looker Studio (free), which covers the majority of needs. Depending on volume and complexity, we can add other pieces (BigQuery, connectors), chosen with you on cost versus value.

  • Who can read the dashboard?

It is designed to be readable by non-experts: the owner, the marketing or sales team. We prioritize the information and train you to read it. The reporting is shareable by link or export.

  • How long does setup take?

For a framed dashboard, count a few days to two or three weeks depending on the number of sources and the cleanliness of the data. We start with the priority views, then extend.
