Acquisition expertise

CRO for Toronto businesses: convert the traffic you already have.

Before paying for more traffic, there is usually far more to gain by converting the traffic you already have. We analyze your conversion paths, find the friction and test the improvements that push your conversion rate up, for businesses in Toronto and across the GTA.

Doubling traffic is expensive. Doubling conversion changes everything.

Most companies react to a lead shortage by buying more traffic. But if your website converts 1% of visitors, you are letting 99% of what you already pay for slip away. Improving conversion raises the return on every acquisition dollar, without spending one more dollar on media.

Our role is to understand why visitors do not convert (friction, doubts, confusing paths), formulate hypotheses and test them rigorously. We improve what is proven; we do not redecorate on a hunch. CRO is method, not taste.

What the expertise covers

A CRO practice guided by the data.

From path analysis to testing, every piece aims at converting more of the existing traffic.

  • Path analysis

Understand where and why visitors drop off: analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, funnels.

  • Friction audit

Spot the blockers: forms that are too long, doubts left unanswered, useless steps, slow pages.

  • Prioritized hypotheses

Formulate improvement ideas and rank them by impact and effort, to test what matters first.

  • A/B testing

Compare versions rigorously to validate what actually improves conversion, without guessing.

  • Key page optimization

Rework headlines, proof, calls to action and the structure of the pages and funnels that weigh the most.

  • Reassurance & proof

Remove the barriers to action: reviews, guarantees, offer clarity, trust elements in the right place.

  • Measurement & iteration

Track the real impact on conversions and iterate continuously: CRO is a process, not a one-off.

Our approach

Four steps to convert more, without guessing.

A scientific method: we observe, form hypotheses, test, and keep what works.

  1. Analysis & diagnosis

We instrument and analyze your conversion paths to identify where and why you lose conversions, data in hand.

  2. Hypotheses & prioritization

We formulate improvement ideas and prioritize them by impact and effort, to focus the energy where it counts.

  3. Tests & validation

We run the A/B tests, wait for reliable results and decide on the data, not on opinion.

  4. Rollout & iteration

We ship what wins, measure the business effect and start a new cycle. Optimization is continuous.

What it changes

The same traffic returning noticeably more.

Orders of magnitude observed on our CRO engagements. They vary with the starting point and the traffic volume available.

  • +20 to 40%conversion rateon the pages worked on
  • $0extra mediasame traffic, more leads

  • Continuousprocessiterative improvement

CRO is not a matter of taste or a pretty page: it is a discipline of proof. Our craft is testing seriously and raising the return on your traffic, dollar after dollar.

FAQ

The questions we hear most about CRO.

  • What's the difference between your CRO expertise and your Acquisition service?

The Acquisition service is the global offer (generating leads and sales across every channel). The CRO expertise is the precise discipline of conversion optimization: analyzing conversion paths and testing improvements to convert more of the existing traffic. It sits inside the Acquisition service and multiplies the return of every other channel.

  • Do we need a lot of traffic to do CRO?

For statistically reliable A/B tests, yes, a certain volume is needed. On lower traffic we work differently: qualitative analysis, heatmaps, fixing obvious friction. We adapt the method to your volume, which we assess at the audit.

  • How is this different from a website redesign?

A redesign changes everything at once, often on intuition. CRO improves through tested iterations, keeping what already works. The two can complement each other, but CRO reduces the risk: we do not break what converts, we optimize it on proof.

  • How long before we see results?

The obvious friction can be fixed quickly. A/B tests take time to reach reliable results (often a few weeks per test). CRO is a continuous process: the value compounds cycle after cycle.

  • Do you work with companies outside Toronto?

Yes, across all of Canada. CRO runs remotely on your online conversion paths, and our studio in Lyon, France works with Canadian companies on Eastern time. Toronto and the GTA are simply where our anchor market is.
